The most extraordinary thing about Miss Laurie’s Gourmet Brittle is that it is “homemade” in every sense of the word. Using only the finest quality ingredients our brittle is created fresh when you order, by hand, in small batches.  These batches are never doubled, so every bite of our brittle has the perfect taste and texture.  We like to think this careful attention to detail and quality is why our customers keep coming back for more.

Our brittles are golden and crisp, with a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture and are available in seven decadent varieties and multiple sizes:

• Peanut – an original and favorite, buttery, light, and full of peanuts
• Pecan – this rich brittle gets its deep amber hue from fresh pecans
• Almond – packed with slivered almonds and too good to put down
• Hazelnut – unique, fabulous and loaded with whole hazelnuts
• Cashew – decadent and quite possibly the only way to eat cashews
• Jalapeno – HOT! HOT! HOT! peanut brittle made with fresh jalapeno peppers – honest, it's great!
• Chile – peanut brittle with the best New Mexican Red Chile Peppers – for those who like it spicy – the perfect blend of heat and sweet
